Career Coaching
Career Coaching Focused on Growth, Direction & Meaningful Next Steps
Helping Clients Move Forward with Greater Clarity & Confidence
Many students and young professionals feel pressure to make major life and career decisions quickly, often before they have fully explored their interests, strengths, values, or long-term goals.
Career uncertainty can feel stressful, especially when comparing yourself to others or feeling pressure to choose the “right” path immediately.
Thoughtful guidance creates space to explore possibilities more intentionally, build confidence, and move forward with greater clarity over time.
How I Work with Career Coaching Clients
We work through four stages:
-
Exploration: Understanding your personality, interests, values, and strengths.
-
Clarification: Defining what you actually want, not what sounds impressive or what someone else expects.
-
Options: Identifying the directions that are the best fit.
-
Action: Building a concrete plan with real next steps you can start taking now.
I combine personalized coaching with assessments based on the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, Holland Code, and various skill and values assessments that are designed to help you understand who you are, what you want, and what to do next.
You'll learn about your skills, talents, abilities, and define your short and long-term goals. You'll also receive coaching and guidance in all job search strategies, such as building a Resume, LinkedIn Profile, how to apply and search for Jobs and Internships, as well as interview and networking techniques.
The result isn't just a list of possible majors or careers. It's a clearer sense of direction and the confidence to move toward it.

Questions career coaching clients ask most often.
Q: Who do you typically work with? High school students exploring majors and career directions, current college students, recent graduates, and young professionals taking their first or next career steps. I work virtually with clients throughout California, across the country, and internationally.
Q: I already have a job. Is career coaching still relevant for me? Absolutely. Whether you're employed but unhappy, curious about a pivot, wondering whether graduate school is the right next move, or simply ready to be more intentional about where your career is heading, career coaching gives you the framework and the support to figure out what comes next.
Q: Can an assessment tell me what career or major to pursue? Not exactly. Assessments give you a better understanding of yourself. The coaching is what turns those insights into a real plan.
