Senior Year is here. Let's make sure your student is ready for it.
The college application process is more complex than it looks from the outside: the Common App, UC application, CSU applications, school supplements, financial aid forms, letters of recommendation, test score submissions, and a calendar full of deadlines that don't move. All of it happens while your student is taking their hardest classes and trying to enjoy what's left of high school.
The families who start senior year with support, especially those who begin over the summer, consistently describe the experience as more manageable, less contentious, and more successful than they expected. Senior year is the year most parents tell me the college process came closest to damaging their relationship with their teenager. The deadlines, the reminders, the arguments about essays, it can take a real toll. When I take on that role, something shifts. You stop being the one pushing. You get to just be their parent.

Service Options
Senior year families have different starting points and different needs. Here are the services avaiable to seniors. If something doesn't fit, contact me, and we will develop a plan that works for you.
Meeting Packages
Meeting packages are perfect for students who need expert guidance but want the flexibility to work at their own pace. Meetings are scheduled by the student, allowing time between sessions for reflection, research, and the completion of action steps. It's an ideal fit for busy schedules, independent students, or those who prefer to spread the engagement over a longer period of time.
Each package includes unlimited research, document review, and coaching via email, phone, or text from our first meeting to our last.
Meeting packages are available in three options: 3, 6, and 10 meetings. They are renewable, non-refundable, and don't expire. Parent meetings count toward the overall meeting total.
Best for: Families and students who would like to work independently but have coaching guidance for questions and milestone tasks.
Senior Unlimited Monthly
Intensive, flexible support without a long-term contract. Up to four meetings per month, unlimited coaching via phone, text, and email, and dedicated essay review for as many months as you need. Start when you're ready and stop when the work is done.
Best for: Families who want intensive support with flexibility.
The Comprehensive Package: 11th through 12th Grade
Unlimited support from freshman year through college decisions and beyond. Every step, task, and detail is covered, as well as all research, essay brainstorming and revisions, and student and parent meetings. We work through course selection, activities, testing, unlimited applications, financial aid, and final decisions. No hourly charges, no surprises.
How we work together: The pace shifts naturally as your student moves through high school. In 11th grade, we meet monthly as the process takes real shape. In 12th grade, up to four times per month through application season, and then as needed until every decision is made.
Parent meetings are woven throughout. Unlimited coaching via phone, text, and email is always included, so you're never waiting for the next scheduled meeting to get an answer. The package includes a College Check-up meeting during freshman year because the goal isn't just getting in. It's getting off to a great start.
Best for: Families who know from the start that they want to be fully supported through every stage of the process.
Ask Me Anything Meeting
Not every family needs full-service support to get through them. Individual Strategy Sessions are designed for families who need expert guidance on one specific piece of the process. Each meeting is designed around one topic. It's a great way to get expert guidance without a long-term commitment, and for many families, it's a natural starting point before deciding whether a package is the right fit.
Best for: Families with a specific question or decision that needs an expert perspective.

Questions families ask about senior year.
Q: When should we start senior year services? The summer before senior year is the ideal time. Starting in June means your student can make real progress before school starts, which makes the fall significantly less stressful and the relationship at home significantly less contentious.
Q: My student wants to do this independently. Do you have something that fits? Yes, meeting packages are ideal for the motivated, self-directed student who wants expert guidance at key moments without someone managing every step.
Q: Are parents in the student meetings? Student meetings are one-on-one, just your student and me. Parent meetings are included in the Comprehensive Package, and Parent Coaching sessions are available separately. You'll always be kept in the loop, just not in the room during student sessions.
